Holiday DeLights – Light Hanging Work Party

It’s time to get into the holiday spirit downtown Issaquah.  Join us putting up strings of lights alongFront Streetbusinesses to make our downtown festive during the holiday season.

This is perfect for students looking for some community service hours or for anyone interested in making our downtown sparkle.  Please consider spending a couple of hours making a difference to our historic downtown.

We will be gathering at the Hailstone Feed Store (historic Shell Station) at232 Front Streetat 9:00 to get assignments for the morning.  We’ll put up lights until noon then break for free pizza and refreshments generously donated by Flying Pie Pizza.

Downtown Issaquah Open House
Wednesday, December 5, 2012 – 5:30-7:30

The Downtown Issaquah Assocation holds an annual holiday open house at the Hailstone Feed Store!  Join Santa in the fun, sing Christmas carol.  The Spanish Nest is hosting a cookie sale and raffling tickets to win prizes donated by downtown merchants and restaurants to benefit the Eastside Baby Corner.  Hot beverages will be served.  Santa will be there for picture taking and he’s bringing a reindeer. This is an event that is fun for the whole family.
